Project funded by the City Council of Valladolid with the support of the Entretantos Foundation.
The exhibition comprises of 12 illustrated panels which narrate in a very visual way, both the process of developing the Strategy; and the objectives, measures and actions.
The strategy and exhibition show the importance of living a more sustainable and healthy diet because of both the environmental implications of what we eat and because of its social and economic repercussions for the environment.
The exhibition will be shown in the civic centers and schools of Valladolid, with the aim of bringing its contents to as many people as possible.

Artwork for the event discussing the food strategy for Valladolid held in April 2018.
Carried out by the City Council of Valladolid in collaboration with Alimenta Valladolid, the Entretantos Foundation, the University of Valladolid and the Daniel y Niña Carasso Foundation.
The drawings reflect the cultivation of organic food, its collection and sale in markets, emphasizing the human factor.
The project is completed with some drawings of the foods that were used in the menu of the event, made by the Tierra Viva Catering.
